E-ConsentPro: your entry into digital patient education

With the basic module E-ConsentPro, you have access to more than 2000 digital patient information sheets which you can conveniently integrate into your hospital or doctor information system. The sheets can then be printed as needed with or without patient data. The patient and doctor fill out the form by hand as usual. By printing the information sheets only as needed, as well as eliminating ordering and warehousing, you benefit from cost savings.

With E-ConsentPro you have access to over 2000 patient information sheets from more than 30 specialties in up to 20 languages. The sheets can be printed on demand with or without patient data.

Our network of medical authors and legal advisors ensures that the educational content is always medically and legally up to date. The patient information sheets can be updated either online or offline.

Patient and facility data

Transfer patient data directly from the hospital or doctor's information system and include your clinic or practice logo on the first page of the patient information sheet.

Personalisation of the patient information sheet

With E-ConsentPro you can fill out your patient information sheets directly on the screen. This has the advantage that you can save additional medical texts and questions directly in the patient information sheet, which remain available when the sheet is called up again.

In addition, you have the option of generating barcodes and inserting them into the information sheets. Such a generated barcode could contain, for example, the patient ID and the patient information sheet abbreviation.

Search function connected to Thieme eRef

By default, E-ConsentPro automatically searches the Thieme eRef, a medical knowledge portal with extensive specialist information for doctors.

FAQs about E-ConsentPro

Mit dem Grundmodul E-ConsentPro können Sie die Aufklärungsbögen ausdrucken und wie gewohnt handschriftlich ausfüllen und unterschreiben. Das Zusatzmodul E-ConsentPro mobile ermöglicht mit dem Einsatz von Tablets eine komplett digitale Patientenaufklärung von der Anamnese bis zur Archivierung des Aufklärungsbogens. Im Rahmen der digitalen Anamnese füllt der Patient auf dem Tablets die Einzelfragen schrittweise aus, welche der Arzt bereits vor dem Aufklärungsgespräch einsehen kann. Der Arzt hat somit mehr Zeit für das individuelle Arzt-Patienten-Gespräch. Anschließend kann der Arzt den Aufklärungsbogen durch handschriftliche Anmerkungen individualisieren. Zum Schluss wird der Aufklärungsbogen von Arzt und Patient elektronisch unterschrieben und ein PDF/A-Dokument zur digitalen Archivierung erstellt.
